having problems importing hands

I am trying to import some HH from PStars, its for cash games, 1/2 plo. Every single hand that it imports, it says its an error. Ideas?

Ok, so i figured out what to do, i found a thread that said to d/l something, idk what i d/l'd, but it works now. However... I have now lost all my old HH's. They are not in the folder that they were in. Ideas?

After the import the files are moved to your configured auto-import archive folder (default c:\hmarchive). You should find them there. For importing them again you should copy them to a different folder and reimport them via import file or import from folder.
