Missing hands during import

I imported my last .25/.50 HU session. I ended up making $40 but HEM says i lost $10! Then i found that although HEM imported the file correctly, it missed one big hand! i tried isolating the hand in it's own file and although HEM says it imported "1 new hand" it still doesn't show up!!!

What's going on! Has HEM been missing hands for anyone else? What can i do to get HEM to recognize this hand?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Try importing the hands to a new test DB.
