Manual Import

I request hand histories from FTP to manually import (All HU HH's) and HEM won't import.

HEM doesn't shoot a error or nothing but fails to import.

Running: XP SP3
PostSQL 8.3

Any ideas?

Does it work playing live hands?

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171
