    Default Help! System crashed..

    Dear support,

I just bought a brand new dell XPS. I installed FTP and I used my 2nd liscense for HEM on this copmputer and installed HEM.

Today I wake up, try to start my computer (only four days old btw) and it tells me there are problems starting my computer and it does this fix wizard thing. It then loads my desktop, and everything is gone.

I need to know how if I can use my 2nd liscense again on this computer or what the deal is. I only installed HEM maybe two days ago and I just need to get it registered on this computer again.

    thanks in advance,
    darren
