HEM has stopped working

Hi, I have been away travelling all summer and I have just started playing some poker again the other day. Anyway when I load up HEM before a session and start the import, it does not seem to be importing anything at all. My HUD doesn't pop up any more and at the end of the session, no hands have been recorded. The last session that it recorded was one which I played a few months back before going away.
Can anybody please advise?

I think you missed some necessary updates during the summer. The poker sites were very busy changing their software.

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 30a patch from the link in my signature.

Thanks for reply, just downloaded that update but still it does not seem to be working at all. Anything I can do?

Please make sure you are really using Beta 1.09.30a (you see it in the header of the main HM window)

In the header of my HEM main window it says holdem manager 1.07 so not sure if this is the wrong version or what ever. Anyway I am still having no luck getting it working and I turned off that user control thing in the control panel on vista.
