When ante's kick in, HUD stops working [ENTRACTION]
Title says it all. Playing a big sattelite and all of a sudden, when ante's kick in the HUD stops working. Just downloaded last update and tried some other things through table manager but just doesn't want to display stats.
Room & network: Victor chandler on Entraction.
Operating system: Windows 7
This is a known issue, entirely caused by Entraction.
When the ante's kick in, Entraction suddenly STOPS writing some other info (stack size info, player info, etc.) to the handhistory files.
HoldemManager can't process these handhistories where information is simply missing.
This is a bug Entraction should fix on their side.

Ok, thanks for quick support! I'll send a message to support. Or do you know if they do it on purpose?
They claim they will fix it.
But you should definitely email their support to remind them. Since they haven't fixed the issue after being aware of the issue for months.
