Help importing hands!

Hey everyone! I recently had a harddrive crash and lost hundreds of thousands of hands! I went into the PokerStars "Audit Hand History" thing, and they sent me a .CSV file with all of my hands in it.

Now what I am wondering is if there is a way I can import these hands, or perhaps use another audit method to get another type of file that IS importable?

Thanks for the help - it would suck to lose all of these hands.

I dont know about any way to import this files. Dont you have a backup of your database and your handhistories?

I guess not. My harddrive just completely crashed - is there any other way to retrieve them?

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for your lifetime of hand history text files, and tournament summaries. The will send you a zip file(s) full of the proper text files.

The audit option you chose is so you can open the data in a spreadsheet program to analyze the data.
