Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...20Internal.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

I'm using Windows 7 64bit & Kaspersky Internet Security. All .exe files have been run as admin.

It's possible, that the hand imported fine during my session, but it's not showing up in my session reports.

My date and time formats are: d.MM.yyyy (Short date) and d. MMMM yyyy'. a.' (Long date). Will changing these have any effect on my database etc?

I've had reports of HEM missing some hands from other players in the past as well, but I haven't managed to draw any conclusions why. It's really rare when to see this happen (less than 0.1% for sure, maybe even 0.01%) and it seems like it's more common with all in pots (I don't have any facts to back it up and it could be that I just don't notice the smaller pots missing, but usually HEM results match with other tracking programs).



I also checked the results "Vs Player" with no date range (all hands). Same same...

Try reimporting the hands into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

Thanks. I changed the date format (did not touch regional settings) & created a new database, the hand shows up now.

Is there a way to get this hand to show im my default DB?

I figured I could change the hand ID, replace my SN with something else, import and add it to my alias... any other options?

I think there is something wrong with your original database. Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.

After this rename the original file containing the hand and import it again via import file.

For me other hand importing works, but this hand was not imported.

could you check if it imports at your system? I am using HM1, 1.12.09 version.

The line where Lockheed81 folds to your bet is missing.
Or the player deliberately disconnects, so he is allowed to go to showdown?

for me its also weird, I have seen this few times. And as I understand he did not have to fold, because he has somewhat disconect protection. As you can see he did not have to fold - he saw the showdown, he just did not win my 2.3 $, they were returned.

So it turns out - if he does not want to call - as this time he might not know if his flush is best, he disconects, and wins less but has smaller risk.

This used to be possible on PartyPoker on special "disconnect protection" tables.
Where if you got disconnected--> the hand would still go to showdown.
But (smart) players (of course) abused this by disconnecting on purpose, if they wanted to see a cheap showdown.


Theoretically we can support this format, where the hands are imported properly.
But we'll need a lot more handhistories to see exactly what PKR writes to the handhistory in this situation.
