Problems with serial number

Hi.

I had some problems with my holdemmanager, and had to uninstall and reinstall it. Now I’m not able to register with my old serial number.

The serial number is supposed to contain 21 characters (in the “register your software” box); xxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx

However, the serial number I received when first signing up, only contains 20 characters. In addition to that, a couple of them are not possible to use. For an example, my serial number contains a "Z", but this letter is only possible to use as one of the 3 first characters.

Don’t know Im the one who has misunderstood completely and is just way off at some point. Cause this sure doesn’t seem like a normal error or bug.

Anyways, hopefully some of you can give me some input on my problem.
