HEM2-License to use HEM1

as u can read in the title, i want to use hem1 instead of hem2. so my question: is it possible, to buy the license for hem2 via ur website, and use hem1 instead? if so, is there any timelimit, or something that kinda, for updating hem1 to hem2?

if it isn't possible at all, can i buy a license for hem1?
