Prima/Ladbrokes: Problem with history of last hands

Hi,

i play at ladbrokes and encounter the problem that the history of the last hand isn t shown immeadeatily after the hand was played but about 30 seconds later. same as the hole cards aren t exposed directly after a showdown but about 30 seconds later (i mean when i am sitting at the table and wanna check the last hands played..) sometimes everything works fine and i can see the history and the exposed cards within seconds after the action but unfortunately almost always it doesn t which is really annoying while multitabling.

any solution for this?

Since when do you have this problem? I've heard something about a HH problem in the Microgaming software after the latest update.

Sounds like your auto import timer is set large than the standard 5 seconds, can you attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and ill edit it for you

i play 8 tables - may this problem occur due to performance issues? i use an amd athlon 2400mhz, 2gb ram, nvidia gt6600 on WIN XP?
