The notes can only be imported again when the players already have hands in the new database

I did import my played hands, so they already have hands in the DB.
Which HM version.
You imported the hands at first and then the notes?

Out of curiousity (I think I know the answer already) can you find any notes in your new DB, by using the players tab to do a search for frequent villains you think you may have noted previously?

no, no notes there
Thx for checking. I am going to forward this to the support manager and see if he can offer any suggestions as to a cause/solution.

thx
If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
Make sure windows is fully updated and make sure you have the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 installed.
The only thing I can think to suggest beyond that, would be a reinstall of SQL and recreate the DB again. Hopefully netsrak has some more suggestions when he gets back here.
