I go to cash games filter check limits then hole cards example AA check only get hands with known hole cards save and get zippo. Hit refresh zippo. This is a simple think i got to be missing. Did use manual.

What other filters do you have set? Are you searching thru all hands?
What do you get when you go to cash games > reports > select report name from list > hole cards?
Can you post some screen shots of the filters or reports?
