Holdem manager cant import tournament hands!
I use HM 1.09beta.23a.
PT3 import my HH.

Are you sure that the handhistories are in english?

Looks like something on your client is not in English - this is the tourney game type:
Holdem БЛ
HM can't understand that. There may have been other related issues but once you solve this I'm sure it will all work
