Error loading HM

[Durango95]

Well yesterday night I opened my HM and all was ok, but today I try to open HM and appear a window that say:

The following error occurred with trying to open the database: Unable to read data from the transport connection.

Then it opens Database control panel to connect to PostgreSQL, I press to connect and reappears last window.

What should I do? What happen?
