HUD not working with lock/merge

hey guys

I recently signed up with lock poker and had holdem manager set up with my ftp account before black friday. I updated hem to 1.12.05.

I am not great with software so could someone explain to me the process to get things going. thanks!!

I have tried all those options. it seems to import but the hud wont pop up at all .

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe to 1.12.06
