Hey,

HEM is great 'n all, but see here (newest version installed):

This is a screenshot of HEM open. Notice that the HEM process is highlighted and uses virtually no system resources:



This is the same screenshot where I just move the task manager around. No other programs have been opened or anything. Note the usage of ressources...



That doesn't seem right...

It's all the stuff redrawing - basically drag any window over it quickly and you'll see the same spike. I do a lot of double buffering to avoid flicker and this increases this type of system spike when windows are dragged over it
