FTP archive

I have set up for FTP except I cannot get the files to go to archive. It brings up the line above which is Crogram etc. It seems to be making a new file every time I use it instead of archiving them in one file. How can I correct this??? I have deleted and tried again same results, does not bring up archive file and I dont see it in programs. Thanks for your help.

The archive is not one file, its a folder where the handhistory files from the ftp handhistory folder are moved to during an auto-import (after 15 mins).

The default folder is c:\hmarchive
