    Default HUD won't work, I'm probly just being dumb

    Apologies if it turns out to be anything totally obvious in advance, just doesn't seem very straight forward to me at all.

    1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

    The latest, beta 19 I belieive?

    2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

    Stars, any type of game it doesn't work, I play SnG's tho.

    2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

    Yep, all hands are imported.

    3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

    Not sure wot that means.

    4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

    All ok here.

    5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

    Er yes like above?

    5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

    Yes.

    6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

    Wot is this? I know of table scanner, haven't paid for it don't want it.

    7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

    Yes.

    8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

    XP

    9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

    Please try an english Pokerstars Client, english handhistories are not enough for SnGs and MTTs

    So I've paid $80 for this software that is not working. Do we get support here or wot?

    Please make sure you are using 1.09 beta 20

    Ok well I've tried the table finder and it just says can't find any unattched hands please wait til some are imported, so I wait a few hands on a cash table and try and import but to no avail. have updated to beta 20 also.
