HUD won't start

When I launch Holdem Manager and click on "Start Auto Import" I get the message from the Table Manager "failed to create empty document" and the HUD wont launch.
It worked perfectly fine before but suddenly failed to start.
What to do? thanks in advance.

Can you backup your config files and reinstall HM please

im having this exact same problem. it just popped up today... i tried downloading the newest version and that didnt help. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole thing but that didnt help. im running windows xp.

I had the same problem (just bought it, put it down to teething problem), I rebooted as my resources were low (running too many progs), and on start up tried it and it worked fine.
