    Default Hands importing or not??

    Played 1000 or so hands yesterday with no problems.

    Fired up a few tables at Stars today, and everything seemed to be working fine. The HUD was working and I was getting stats of all players as per usual. Clicking on the last pot total brought up the last hand history as it should.

    However, 80 or so hands in I clicked on HEM to check on a hand, and the 'Reports' tab was empty, similarly for the 'Sessions' tab. The 'Imports' tab is saying 'Auto update did not find any new files'.

    I checked the handhistory folder where Stars writes them to my C: drive, but that is empty.

    I had not updated the Stars or HEM software between yesterday and today, so have no idea why it suddenly stopped working. I then downloaded the latest beta update, but that has had no effect.

    I had a look at the FAQ, but couldn't find this problem anywhere, apologies if I missed it.

    Any help much appreciated.

    I found out the problem, alwyas seems to be the last place you check.

    For some reason, the option on Stars to write the hand histories to my hard drive had reset, meaning I was no longer getting them.

    I've had the lost hands emailed to me by Stars, but how do I go about getting those hands imported into HEM?
