2 questions: storage HH files and graph filters

Hi everyone.
I've just started use HM some days ago
I have 2 questions


1)
I would to know how you store your HH files ?

I know by default HM creates folders with year, month and days.
Now I have folders 2009/07 and inside there are the folders 08, 09, 10, 11 that contain HH files about the 8 July, 9 July, 10 July and 11 July

Honestly, I dont like this type of storage, becouse if I would to move my HH files in the future I'll have a lot of problems search files in 25 folders per month...




If I remove this option (active by default), do I change this type of storage?
Will I have all HH files in only 1 folder? (Like I would have)

I'm asking this, before do something wrong...


2)

Other question:

Looking at the software, I havent found nothing about.
I'm talking about Cash Games graphs, exactly filters.
If I would the graph of July? Only the hands played in July ?
Or if I want only the graph about hands played at level 5/10?

about 2) I dont see the month filter. Or something like that

Sorry i was too short, its not the filter, its the date filter 2 columns left of the filter.
