Importing Tourney Results

Hi,

I just requested my last 11 tournies from Stars, copied the mail to a .txt file and imported the file. However, only the first tourney result shows as imported. So I tried deleting the first entry in the .txt file and re-importing. Nothing.

I recently added the Omaha license to my HEM.

Any ideas?

Also, my icons on my desktop flash and blink a lot when HEM is "thinking" or changing screens. (I'm sure this has been reported, but it's always happened.)

Are you already using the latest Beta? http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

To be clear, I assume you guys are aware of the blinking issues? The beta update did not fix that issue, only my tourney importing. The blinking is pretty bad - it sometimes lasts for 10-15 seconds - all the icons on my desktop and some of my other windows will just flash.

Not sure what would cause this. All of your icons blink? Is it possible to screen shot it??

What operating system and firewall? If Vista, is UAC off (it should be)? Have you set any exceptions in your firewall?

Do you run regular maintenance on your DB such as vacuum/analyze and defrag? Here are some SQL performance tips, that certainly couldn't hurt anything. http://208.109.95.123/forum/showthre...ed=1#post62613
