Not scanning seated tables

Dear support,

With all the new updates I had some problems with my TS on Pokerstars. It got a lot slower, but I can see that u guys are still working on updates. I can manage the low TS speed scanning tables, but the scanner doesn't scan tables which I am on. Can u please help me out here, I want the tables, which I am seated on, to appear in my scanner. Thank you support.

I am sorry for the problems. This is a known issue the developers are working on already.

Scanning the tables with myself are skipped

We hope to have it fixed in our next release but I do not have an ETA for a release yet.
