    Define "separate"?

Right-click drag/move them to where you want them.
Then click File--> Save Positions--> in TableManager.

If you can't move them, turn off:
hud options--> table preferences--> lock the layout

    say my hud set up is vpip-x /pfr-x/af-x . What i want to do is vpip-x < > pfr-x

af-x see so that i can manage my table space better .I want to arrange these stats around my poker table player icon instead of having them in one box.Like vpip/pfr/af.I hope this explains better .

You need to put each stat on a New Panel if you want to move each stat independently. You can only move 1 panel at a time, so all stats on that panel will move together.

    Stat
    New Panel
    Stat
    New Panel
    Stat
    New Panel
    Stat

    instead of

    Stat
    Stat
    New Line
    Stat
    Stat

Now you can move all 4 stats independently, instead of moving all 4 in one panel/group.
