Trial Version vs. Paid Version

I just downloaded and began using the trial version of HEM, and it appears that I cannot collect data on any table(s) that I'm not actually being dealt into. If I open a table and observe, the manager shows the table, but won't collect any data from it. I also noticed that when I sit out for a few minutes, it won't collect data until I return and get dealt a hand.

It appears that other users are able to collect data in these situations, but I cannot.

Is this because I don't have something set up correctly, or is it one of the things that you don't get in the Trial Version?

I do play there, but I haven't used HEM there yet. I'm using it on FT currently.

Try adding "...\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hem data" to the auto import folders.

I got it fixed, but not with the added info you posted.

It turns out that I had the folder called out as player specific

C:\ProgramFiles\FullTiltPoker\HandHistory\my user name\

I edited my user name out of the folder, and it now picks up any observed data. Maybe this was the way it was suppose to have been done, but apparently it wasn't.
