    Exclamation HEM giving me error message when I try to do anything

    Hey guys.

    Since black Friday, It wasn't till recently that I loaded up HEM to attempt to use it on the Merge network. However, upon loading it, the main screen didn't look the same as I recalled it did 3-4 months earlier. And once I clicked on anything (Import, cash games, tourney, etc) I got an error message. I have an older version I believe (1.11.06a) if that helps with further diagnosis.

    I assume this is one of those things that can be easily dealt with by an update or something, I'm just a hem noob and am clueless when it comes to this software. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    Downloaded it. What do I do now? I clicked ok to the database update and it froze up and said Not Responding..
    (I think I have a decent sized database)

    Never mind. Pretty sure it updated the database. Guess I'm all set?

    Yes, ignore the "not responding". It will unfreeze when the database update is finished.
