Total noob question: what does colors mean in HUD?

Starting to use HM1 today and there is one very simple question I cannot find an answer to:

Players names have color coding: beige, yellow, green and red. I cant understand what values they are linked to.

Just dont laugh, OK?

I see the color coding for vales up to 20, 40, infinity. But what those values stand for?

its the number of big blinds they have at the table
