cbet flop,turn,river

Hi, I've a question abount this stats.
It's possible that river cbet is bigger then turn cbet?
Because I've an opponent with cbet flop 43%, turn 40 and river 75,
so it means that when he cbet flop, he makes a second barrell in
40% of times and for those 40% of times, he makes also a third barrell
on the river in 75% ?

The stats are calculated on different sample sizes.
If he cbets 8 out of 10 hands on the flop this is 80%
Then he cbets 8 of this 8 hands on the turn => 100%
And on the river he cbets only 4 of this 8 hands => 50%
