HEM and hud not working on poker stars

Hello, here is my problem . i have two computers and since i updated my hem to 1.11.07b on 1st com hem is not importing hands , only files and cant find pokerstars on auto search. on my 2nd comp i didnt update and it works fine , can u help me please?

Configure the pokerstars client to write english handhistories to a new folder like c:\stars.hands.
Add this folder manually to the HM auto-import configuration.
Now the hands should be imported and the hud should work.

Thank u for replying ,actually i just went to instant hand history and checked "save my hands history" .For some reason it was unchecked .
