I did a windows update - now HEM doesn't work

I get the following errors when I try to start up HEM:



Then this screen:



When I click on connect I get this:

I decided to restart my computer and when I did, all the hands that I have played this year are no longer in HEM.

What would be the reason for this?

Those images disappeared, have you checked your filters, is it set to show all hands, have you gone to filter > clear and filter > use for all then
