    Default Licencing issues‏

    Hello,

after having some problems with windows, i had to manually pull the plug out of my laptop to turn it off.
At that time HEM was still running. Then when I rebooted windows, I could not open HEM anymore. (licencing issues)
I had to re-enter my serialcode.
After I entered the code, I could not log in.
I also installed the latest patch (v1.08)
But still i can not open HEM. It gives the same error as before updating to 1.08: "licence not found"

I copied the log of this error and hereby send it to you.
Can you tell me what to do. because, i still have to work (poker)

I already emailed to support 2 days ago but didnt get a respons, thats why I try posting here.

    Greetz

    "License not found"
"There were problems trying to obtain a valid license"
"A valid license could not be obtained for 'Holdem Manager'. Please
contact RVG software Ltd for assistance."

    Default Problem solved

I got it working again FINALLY after 3days of no poker- but windows-'math'

As described in the link posted by Morny for the Faq, step 6 i could find holdemmanager.exe.ldat to delete, after i followed some adjustments to make in windows.

    @admin:

maybe something to ad to the faq regards solving the registrationproblem:
    http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=159

    step 6:
to find and delete (=resetting the registrationcode HEM) the holdemmanager.exe.ldat
    follow these steps:

    In Vista

    1) Go to Windows Control Panel – Folder Options and then go to step 2 below

    In XP

    1) In windows explorer click on the Tools Menu and selection Options and then go to step 2 below

    2) Click View Tab
    3) Uncheck the “Hide protected operating system files” and then press ok
    4) Look in your Holdem Manager folder and you should see a file named holdemmanager.exe.ldat – delete it
    5) Relaunch HM
