Incredible mistake in All-In EV calculation

Following Situation, everything preflop

Shortie open with AA
Me as big stack 3bet with KK
Another big stack calls the 3bet with ATo
Shorty pushes AI
I push my 100 big blinds
The other big stack calls

Actually a good situation for me, isn't it?
The Big Stack with ATo and me, both of us are almost dead against the shorty. So I lose almost 20bb in ev against the shorty. However, I bring in 80bb against the other bigstack who holds a one outer against my hand. This is strongly +EV for me. However, HEM interprets the situation as -EV. I guess the software does not count in for stack sizes.

Am I doing a big mistake or is HEM really making this elementary mistake?

Please update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe then go to options > Fix ev for current player when your selected and it will fix this
