    Default Urgent problem (HEM suddenly downgraded and won't work?)

    About a month and a half ago my small-stakes version was upgraded to the full pro version, and it's been running smoothly up until today. Today when I tried starting HEM I received a message saying my 15-day trial was over (what?) and my version was now unregistered. Then it said I had to activate it online, and I tried to do that but instead I got this error (couldn't connect to the online server or something). I tried to do it several times but got the same error over and over. And so then I tried to delete my license code (so that I could reinstall HEM and enter it again), but I've still got the same problem. Except now I have no license code.

    What to do?

    There was maintenance performed by the silly license server guys.. on poker sunday.
    It should work again now.

    If it doesn't please attach your reg.log file.
