    On which site are you playing?
    Playing cashgames or tournies?

    Are you using an adjust import time setting?
    (options--> settings--> adjust import times)

    How many hours do the start- and end time differ from the real session times?

    Open up a handhistory file and check the first hand, and the last hand of a session.
    Do they actually contain the local European GMT+1 time, or does PokerStars.it write a difference time to the handhistories?

    PokerStars Game #65308275252: Hold'em No Limit (€0.25/€0.50 EUR) [AAMS ID: M2BCC3000BCC43JB] - 2011/07/31 4:39:02 CET [2011/07/30 22:39:02 ET]

    like this.......my actual time is 4.39.02 but in hem is recorded as 22.39.02 is it maybe cause we have to put stars to write in english?

    Set the PokerStars lobby in English.
    Handhistory format in English.

    It's likely PokerStars does not care about your local time / time in the lobby and will still write the 22:39:02 ET time to the handhistories. If that's the case use the options--> settings--> adjust import times

    You'll have to reimport all the hands into a new database for the adjust import times to have effect. The time is changed in the HoldemManager database, DURING the import of the handhistories.
