Cannot start Hold'em Manager

I wanted to update my version of HM today and downloaded the 1.08 update. After installing this my HM wouldn't start up anymore. When i click the HM executable file it does nothing, no error message or anything. I've checked my taskmanager list to see if the program is running but no HM program is running.

I then uninstalled HM via the control panel and deleted the folder in my program files. Downloaded and installed the 1.07 full version, but again the program wouldn't start. Tried updating to 1.08 again but still nothing.

Fixed it myself. It seems I needed to update my version of microsoft .net framework from 3.0 to 3.5.

So I suggest anyone who is experiencing the same problems to try this too. Just install the update and reboot your PC.
