The turn c/r stat, whats going on?

When I look at the pop up on a particular player, with 4500 hands it says his turn c/r is 5%.

However if I look at Active Players Details Window this player (under Postflop) using the 'default' tab his 'turn' 'after check' 'raise' stat is 15%. Shouldnt this stat be the same as the one on my pop up?


Finally If I look under the 'Cbet/vs Cbet' tab he c/r the turn 33% verse a turn cbet and c/r the turn as the pfr 17%.

I can't understand how a player with such high turn c/r tendancies according to the 'Active Players Details Window' only has a turn c/r of 5% in my pop up? (I havent altered the layout ever btw)

I've noticed this on alot of players too.

Can anyone help or advise me on what is going on?

The "5% out of 4500 hands" sample size is different than the 15%.
The 15% are only hands where the player has seen a flop.
The 5% is out of ALL hands.
