Default My database, hud config, notes etc... to a new computer.

    hello,
i'm going to buy a new laptop soon,
obviously I don't want to loose all my database, imported hands, hud config, player notes (i take notes with HM) that I have on my actual PC.
what do I have to do to get all this stuff on my new computer.
(can't find it in the FAQ's)
