    Default HEM is importing hands, but not saving them?

    Holdem Manager is recording the hands I'm playing and displaying my stats and my opponents stats on the HUD, but it isn't saving them. Like I just finished up a session, and under Sessions (there are no filters) it only displays sessions from the 26th and before that.

    I even tried looking up opponents I played heads up from today and yesterday, and I got this error message:

    "The following error occurred when running this report: ERROR: XX002: index "playerhandscashkeycolumns_idx2" contains unexpected zero page at block 0"

    Can you try repairing the index and see if that helps, the database seems to be corrupt http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=168

    I tried and this was the result:

    "Index rebuilding has failed: Connection establishment timeout. Increase Timeout value in ConnectionString."

    Thats a seperate problem usually caused by either firewall/antiviruses, either add all the HM .exe files to the exceptions list and if it dosent work youll need to completely uninstall them

    I disabled the Antivirus and Firewall and ran the repair again. It worked this time, but HEM still isn't saving HHs. It's importing them and updating the HUD just fine though. Nothing shows up under Sessions or Reports though.

    I can't seem to get an error msg like before either.

    Please export your hands from the old database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173 then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands into the new database
