Cannot import on pokerstars

I cannot make Hem work on pokerstars.it. Apparently it fails to auto-import hands (both cash and tournaments), altough it occasionally imports a few tournaments form the past (not all anyway).
I have checked the option to save my hand histories in english on the client but Hem doesn't seem to find anything in the folder.

It may be a permission problem - you should change the folder in the stars client to something like c:\stars.hands and configure this as auto-import folder in HM.
