auto import problem

I have downloaded latest version and run all these files holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe as an administrator and still auto import doesnt work right.

When you say auto import dosent work well what exactly do you mean, is it not importing, are you getting import errors etc?

Please try updating to the latest version 1.10.02 http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

when i start auto import soon after that i get error message auto import stopped working correctly windows is shutting down program. I have downloaded latest version.

I can import my hands from folders but auto import doesnt work.

If the problem still persists Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

UAC is switch off I have tried everything still not working

Can you please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:/Program Files/RVGsoftware/Holdem Manager/Config and ill see if its setup correctly

You have Betngo configured twice in your config file.

You should try to delete all configurations and start with one for the beginning. When this is working add another site.

It may also be caused by a corrupt handhistory file.
Before starting again please delete all files in your handhistory folders or move them to a different folder
