    Default Still can't get the video to work (pic)

    I've tried the given solution on the forum by allowing the following to go through both my windows and my Kaspersky antivirus

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\FlashApp.exe
    C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2\HoldemManager.exe
    C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2\HudFuncsApp.exe
    C:\PostgreSQL\8.x\bin\pg_ctl.exe
    C:\PostgreSQL\8.x\bin\postgres.exe

    I've even tried to turn off both of those firewall completely, still no dice.

    I've also ran SecurityCheck program to determine what firewalls are active, those are the only 2.

    I used to be able to watch these videos awhile back (at least half a year ago) and my system has not changed.

    Please help, as i really would like to watch them, thanks in advance!

    Thanks for your post. I've sent this to one of the developers. It does not look like a firewall issue. The error you're getting is something else, and not something I've seen before.

    Just wondering...has there been any update regarding the issue yet? I would very much like to watch the videos provided :/

    Yes, the developer sent you a custom build to have your flashapp signed. We never heard back so we assumed it worked. I guess you did not get this?

    I have not received the email unfortunately (it might have gone to my junk mail instead?), please would you be so kind as to re-send the file/link to the file again? I'll be on the lookout in my junk mail box from this day forward, thanks in advance!

    p.s. would the email be under the name "holdem manager forum" or? Just so i know what to watch out for for sure.

    No Sorry, it would be from ace poker solutions. I talked with the developer about this yesterday, so he should get a hold of you again.

    I spoke with the developer about this, so he is aware. Can you e-mail our support so I can forward this as a ticket to him and he can track the issue. It would be much better so we have all your info. You can use this form to submit a ticket. I'll make sure he follows up with you:
