Thanks. We've seen this once now also. It has to do with the date/time format in saving some of the new data. Apparently there's some format not accounted for. If you change the format to most standard formats, it works fine. This is already in the developers que to fix in the next build. You can try deleting or re-naming: LBGuide.HEM in the HM2/config folder. This may resolve the issue for you, but if not it will be addressed or you can try changing your date/time format temporarily.

I got same error message today:

System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

I'm a new subscriber - LB4 worked fine the first couple days, now today I got this error. I have not made any format changes since added LB4. Will play around and see what happens though.

    LB v. 4.0.0.7
    HM2 v. .8079

EDIT: Renaming the LBGuide.HEM file seems to have solved the issue at the moment.

Thanks. Yeah, we're looking into this, but as a temp fix if you delete or re-name the lbguide.hem file it should work ok.

ok error just occurred again. been jumping around with different filters and when back to one I did previously and same error occurred.

hmm - LBGuide.HEM file repopulates? deleted old and new file - fixed again.
    so just keep deleting it?

should I delete as soon as it populates?

Yes it re-populates. This issue will be fixed in the release next week. I think HM is releasing it Monday.
