    Question Video will not play

When trying to view the leak videos, the audio plays, but there is no video. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Haven't heard of this happening. What are you playing it on, tablet, phone? What browser are you using by default? HM1, HM2? What game type, NL? What version number (top right).

So just so I can understand the issue completely. The videos did play, and now they have stopped working, correct? Is there anything you can think of that you changed recently? Codecs, etc... ?

We have no way to re-produce this issue, and no one else has ever reported it, so need to get as much info as possible to figure out what has changed on your system.

The videos did play correctly at one time. Now there is only audio. I do not know of any changes to the system. Everything else audio/video seems to work correctly.

I wish I had more information to offer. Is uninstall/re-install a possible solution?

Honestly don't think it will help. It's using an included proprietary player to play the videos. I'd try to re-install or update to the latest HM2. It could be that there is a file corrupt or something in the video player section. It's a bit unlikely, but it wouldn't hurt and you never know. I sent this to the developer though, so waiting to see what he says.

Still waiting to hear back from the developer on this. It's a bit of a long shot, but I found this you could try. Even though you aren't using this as the default browser, it may be blocking the video somehow.

Open Internet Explorer. Change the security levels in IE. IE->Tools->Internet Options->Security. There's a button there saying 'Reset all zones to default level'.
