leakbuster licence code problem

Hello i've bought licences of hm1+hm2+leakbuster... but when i try to register leakbuster and put the serial number it says:
validation notice
the serial number could not be used to unlock the software. please try again

Did you already register HM1 and you're transferring to HM2?

If so, you need to disable your HM1 code. Most of the time it will automatically do this. If not you need to go into HM1 -> help -> registration -> leak buster -> clear code

Then register it in HM2.
