Default Players missed in Player Profiles charts

    Hi again.

After the connection to the HM database problem was solved, I've been playing with Holdem Vision with no problem, but I've also noticed that not all the players in Holdem Manager are accounted for in Holdem Vision. Say, I have a total of 87570 players in my HM database, but when I run Holdem Vision without filters it only displays stats for 87544 players, that's 16 players less that seems to be missed.

Looking here and there, I've noticed that no player with VP$IP greater than 65 are shown in Holdem Vision Player Statistics Scatter Chart, neither players with a PFR greater than 30. I have no filter set at all, so can't guess where the problem is.

Hope you can shed some light on this, thank you in advance.

    Best regards

I have seen this before where a very small number of players are "missed" by Hold'em Vision. It is most likely a case where you have a few players with player records in your db but no hands played. To register in Hold'em Vision, a player needs at least one played hand.

The scatter charts show points for about 2,000 players. This is a limitation in the graphing library. Showing points for all players would hurt performance, and the intended purpose of the scatter charts is to help you calibrate player profiles, so catching all the outliers wasn't important.

Let me know if you think showing every player is important... I can look for a solution with reasonable performance.

Thanks for the answer, this must be indeed the reason. The curious thing is that HV seems to pick the 2000 players from more or less "standar" ranges, not ramdomly, since no one with VP$IP over 65 is shown, and I must have hundreds of them.

It would be helpful for me to have a scatter chart showing all the players in the DB since I'm looking for the sites with the more out-of-the-ordinary players, as a metric of the quality of the games for that particular site, does it make sense?
