Default Removing $USD from Sessions Tab

This is a suggestion as a follow-up to this thread: How to remove $USD tab from within the sessions tab?

I think this feature would be HUGELY beneficial. So many of us who are trying to not focus on results would benefit greatly from not having to look at our results when we review our hands individually after each session. It would also be helpful to make the background color neutral (as opposed to red or green) so we don't know whether or not we were up or down for the session. Please consider adding this feature!
