    Default 2.0.0.8424 Official Release Thread - Ipoker Speed HUD, NC, LB, SnowieApp Updates

    This is an official release for 2.0.0.8424.

    You can manually download the build here, if you have any issues you can rollback to the previous stable version here.

    IPOKER Speed players
    This release adds HUD support for Speed poker in new Ipoker client. It is not backwards compatible with older Ipoker clients. If your Ipoker skin has not updated yet, we suggest to wait with update until then.

    Did NetBet update yet to new Ipoker client for you or is there a beta NetBet available? Easiest way to tell if it's a new client is that menu on the left side is gone, and instead you select gametype at top of the lobby screen.

    I have NetBet installed and I still have old lobby/client. If yours is not updated yet either, you will have to use previous official version of HM2 until then.

    It seems so ! How can I "delete" most recent update and how to get back to the previous version ?

    Just use the link in first post where it says to grab previous stable version and "update" to older version.

    If your Willam Hill client just updated, please make sure to restart both HM2 and WH clients (assuming you are still on newest HM2). If that wont work, please open a support ticket and we should be able to get it to work for you.

    Hud is not working properly on Betfair on speed tables. I can make it to show with Table Finder but is never updating and is basically unusable.
    The hands are definitely importing and on regular tables is showing by itself and working fine.
    I have the ipoker beta software and latest HM2 version and I did all the things you suggest in upper posts.
    Any solution?

    If you continue to have problems please send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the link above.

    When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

    Which beta client/skin are you using? Can you link us to the download page so our testers can try the same client?

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
