    Default 2.0.0.8327 Official Release Feedback Thread

    This is an official release for 2.0.0.8327.

    You can manually download the build here, if you have any issues you can rollback to previous official release here.

    the HUD on zoom table doesnt work since the last Stars update, solution?

    Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

    latest beta + pokerstars update broke my hud as well. not the first time happening,

    I'm pretty sure I did follow most of the instructions in the FAQ, with the firewall adds, the open as admin stuff, opening the programs in the right order.

    Currently my hud starts up successfully around 25% of the time, I have to keep closing and reopening it and I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong here. I made sure that I opened HM2 first before opening Pokerstars

    This is usually an issue with the import folders.

    There also is an issue with Stars unchecking the save hand history setting.

    Please double check Stars' setup - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

    We'll need the files that the FAQ requests.

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    I downloaded 2.0.0.8320 Beta Release but I have some problems:
    - At the end of the hand you only see the cards of the flop and the losing hand, but not those who won (won/loss label);
    - It is very difficult to click the buttons (call/fold/raise, ecc) on the client (you have to click 2 or more times before they work);

    Hi,

    sorry for my english.

    I confirm what he says "settebellezze".

    HM2 in site Boss Italy have some problems (site Pokerclub).

    1- not read hands when showdown
    2- you have to click 2 or more times before they work
    3- In MTT "Hand Viewer" lost the last hand at each change table (maybe I'm wrong setting some ??), but the hand is correctly imported in "Active session"

    Please help.
