We tested custom badges, default badges and some notecaddy stats with the latest version and could not reproduce this, can you give specific details in the NC thread of what type of stats and badges its affecting is it default, custom ones you made, a package you both etc and also what specific stats have the issues?

Hand replayer not showing Bovada hole cards

As part of our parsing refactoring we made some changes that broke the bovada hand histories. Fxing this would introduce issues for other supported sites. The 3rd party converter is aware of the issue and will be releasing a fix in due course.

So in addition to not providing HH support for the largest US-facing site, the official release breaks the replayer and now we are to wait on the hand converter guys to fix it?

A "hey, if you play bovada beware that updating will ruin everything" message in the release notes would have been helpful.

At least I was able to roll back to a previous stable release. Sigh.

Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do not support Bovada nor do we have plans to support them in the short term. The 3rd Party Converter already got a quick fix out, i believe it was same day or next day of the official release. If you are still seeing issues with the replayer with the new format which does not show holecards for players who didn't get to showdown then please feel free to send them and we will take a look.

Just to clarify the reason the 3rd party hand converter works is because it uses Pokerstars format, as long as the hands continue to use the same format it will continue to work, showing the holecards was a variation in that format, if there is an issue with the replayer then this is likely due to the format not matching stars because we have no issues with the stars format reported. In that case it would be a 3rd party convertor issue but we would be happy to look at it and if its something simple we may fix it for convenience as long as it doesnt mean we have to make tweaks that will cause issues with the sites we do support.

Despite the fact it is not a supported site we do realize we have caused some people inconvenience that use both our product and the 3rd party product and were sorry about that and will try and communicate better in future so we can work out these kinks in advance.

HM-7968 is still an open issue but I will bump it to see if we can get it on deck.

"When using HM Cloud (Build 1.0.412) and HM2 (Build 2.0.0.8095) on the same computer, your hands played with either HM2 or HM Cloud will be automatically imported to the other client on next start. This function does not sync databases across multiple computers."

I have the 2 new builds from Hm Cloud and Hm2, but when I play live on Hm2, and after a while open Hm Cloud, it doesn't import automatically the hands i have played on Hm2.
